Akelapan Dur Karne Ki Tips


Hello friends My Thinks me Apka Swagat hain. I hope apko meri posts Pasand aa rahi hogi. Bas umid karti hu apko aaj ki bhi meri ye post pasand aaye, Aaj me Bat Karne vali  hu Humare akelepan ki kabhi kabhi hota hain na ki hum jab kis vajhe s bohot jada sad ho jate hain to humara kisi kaam me man nahi lagta or fir jab man nahi lagta or hume bohot Alone feel hota hain. Hume Kisi bhi vajhe se Apne apko pareshan Nahi karna Chahiye. Dekho Friend Hume life ek bar milti h or vo Hume  Khushi  Khusi or ache se bitani Chahiye or agar Kisi vajhe se aap pareshan hain or apko  bohot alone feel hota h toh m btaougi apko kuch aisi tips jinhe apna ke aap apna Akelapan dur Kar sakte hain and apne face ki smile ko Vapas la sakte hain.





1.   OM Ka Utharan Kare
Om sabad me bohot sakti hoti hain. Or jab kabhi bhi humara man shant nahi hota ya koi bat ander hi ander hume kuch bate khai jati hain toh us waqt hume Ankhe bank kar ke dhimi awaj se start karte huye uche suwar me om Ka ucharan karna Chahiye. Isse kuch hi  time me apko bohot acha feel hoga and aap relax ho jayege apni tension se.

Friends jab bhi hum sad hote hain to kuch log song sunte hain but vo sad song hi sunte hain jisse hota kya hain ki vo song ko sunke or emotional ho jate hain. Isliye kabhi bhi sad hone pe aise song na sune thode Hip-Hop songs suniye, ya sabse acha hain ki aap koi bhajan sune mein janti hu ki aaj ki date me koi bhajan nahi sunta but jab hum dukhi hote hain to bhagwan hi humare man ko shant kar sakte hain isliye mein bhajan ho suggest karugi. or sath me unhe gungunaye bhi.




3.    Friends Se Bate Kare
Jab bhi hum akele hote hain ya kisi chiz se pareshan ho jate hain to ye sab bate hume ander hi ander hum bohot pareshan kar deti de. Is time hume kisi aise insan ki jarurat hoti hain jisse hum apni bate share kar sake isliye aise waqt chup na rahe apne friends se apne dil ki bate share kare. Ya apni mummy papa, kisi se bhi. "Kehne pe bate hume itni taklif nahi deti jitni humari chupi hume pareshan kar deti hain"



4.    Shopping karne jaye
shopping ek bohot Acha tarika hain Apne  apko relax karne Ka or jab sath me koi friend ho toh, fir toh kya bat hain jab bhi alone feel ho tabhi Apne apko Kahi  Busy Kar do, kahi Ghumne chale jaye, kisi  relative se milne chale jaye Thoda Mohol change hone se Mund khud hi change ho jayega.



5.    Ghar ke Kaamo me Hath Bathana
Ghar ke kamo me hath bathana ye ek bohot acha tarika hain apne apko udasi se dur rakhne ka bohot acha hoga agar aap apne ghar ke kaamo me unki madad kare. Isse aap busy bhi ho jayege or ghar walo ki madad bhi ho jayegi or  unhe acha bhi acha lagega.
